2023 Registration Form

  1. All fees stated include GST.
  2. After you have registered, a confirmation email listing your entry details, and the link to your tax invoice/receipt will be automatically emailed to your office email address and the additional contact person, as a backup.
  3. Closing date for entries: Monday, 12 June 2023.
  4. Payment details are at the foot of this form and in the tax invoice/receipt you will automatically receive.
